Drivers Penalties

Mr. McGee and Ms. L'Italien move to amend the amendment in section 3, by inserting after the word “violation”, in line 228, the following words:- “including noncompliance with the payment of commercial rate tolls as required in clause (iv) of subsection (c) of section 3”; and

in said section 3, by inserting after the word “with”, in line 250, the following words:- “subsection (b) of section 2 or”; and

in said section 3, by striking out, in line 254, the following words:- “not more than”; and

in said section 3, by striking out, in line 268, the following words:- “not more than”.
