Statutory Violation Penalties

Mr. McGee and Ms. L'Italien move to amend the amendment in section 3, by striking out the first sentence of proposed subsection (a) of proposed section 6 of proposed chapter 159A½ and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- “If the division determines, after notice and a hearing, that a transportation network company is in violation of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated under this chapter, the division shall issue a monetary penalty, suspend or revoke a transportation network company permit or take other action that the division deems necessary.”
