Equal Access for Individuals Who Use Mobility Devices

Ms. L'Italien moves to amend the amendment by striking, in line 143 the word "application." and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "application; and (ix) that the applicant has established procedures governing the safe pickup, transfer, and delivery of individuals who use mobility devices, including but not limited to wheelchairs, crutches, canes, walkers, and scooters."
