Sufficiency of Insurance Minimums for Taxis and Livery

Mr. Joyce moves to amend the amendment in line 452, by striking the word “and”; and by inserting, in line 453, the following new subsection:

(xi) the sufficiency of current motor vehicle liability policy minimums for licensed hackneys, taxis and livery.

And it shall be further amended by striking, in line 453, the letters “xi” and inserting in place thereof the letters “xii”.
