Mr. Keenan moves to amend the amendment in section 3, by striking out, in line 263, the words “A driver who violates section 3 by soliciting, accepting, arranging or providing” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “A driver who violates section 3 or any other person who, by soliciting, accepting, arranging or providing”.
