Passenger Incident Reports

Ms. L'Italien moves to amend the amendment in section 6, in the third paragraph, by adding the following clause:- “(xii) examine and make recommendations on ways in which the division established under section 23 of chapter 25 can make statistical reports relative to the number and type of incidents reported to transportation network companies relating to drivers and riders.”.
