Surge Pricing Rate Transparency

Mr. Joyce moves to amend the amendment in section 3, by inserting after the word “times.”, in line 86, the following sentence:- “Fare estimates shall include a clear rate estimate or the amount of the price increase resulting from surge pricing or increased demand.”
