Mr. Tarr, Ms. L'Italien, Messrs. Pacheco and OConnor move to amend the amendment by inserting in line 120 after the word "capacity" the following:-"provided, however that the department of energy resources may determine and require subsequent solicitations and procurements beyond 2000 megawatt-hours if in the best of the commonwealth and to ensure compliance with Chapter 298 of the Acts of 2008."
