Power Purchase Cost Allocation

Mr. Moore moves to amend the amendment by inserting in line 220, after the word "Laws" the following words:-

"The distribution companies shall be entitled to cost recovery of payments made under any long-term contracts approved under this section."

and further by inserting in line 361, after the word "Laws" the following words:-

"The distribution companies shall be entitled to cost recovery of payments made under any long-term contracts approved under this section."
