Corrective Amendment

Ms. Spilka moves to amend the bill in section 2, by striking out, in line 474, the word “section”, the second time it appears, and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “Article”; and

by adding the following section:-

“SECTION 4. This act shall take effect on July 1, 2017.”.
