Expanding Higher Education Opportunities for Students with Disabilities

Mr. Moore moves to amend the bill in section 7, by striking out, in line 24, the words "Public institutions of higher education" and inserting in place thereof the following:- “Each institution of higher education in the state”;

and further in said section by striking out the word "public" in lines 38, 43, 46, 52, 77, 81, 82, 96, 110, 120, 122, 133, 140, 144, 148, 161, 164, 170, 182, 196, 207, 210, 212, and 219.
