Reporting on Higher Education Institutions and Students

Mr. Moore moves to amend the bill in section 11, by inserting after proposed clause (vi) of proposed subsection (h) of proposed section 17 of chapter 71B the following clause:-

"(vii) a report detailing the impacts and benefits of this program to institutions of higher education and the students enrolled."
