ABCC reappeal procedure

Mr. Moore moves to amend the amendment by inserting, after section _, the following section:-

SECTION _.  Section 67 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the seventh paragraph.
