Prevailing Wage

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary a municipality shall be exempt from Massachusetts general laws chapter 149, §§ 26 - 27; chapter 5, § 1; chapter 71, § 7A and chapter 121B, § 29B inclusive for three years from the effective date of this act.
