Private Right of Action

Mr. Wolf moves to amend the bill by inserting after Section 4 the following:-

"SECTION 4A. Section 150 of chapter 149 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “148C” in line 40, the following:- “148F.”
