Mr. Wolf moves to amend the bill in section 1 by striking out, in lines 19-20 the words “(d) Nothing in this section shall preclude the exercise or enforcement of any lawful rights or remedies available for a wage theft violation.”; and in section 4, in line 89, by inserting after the words “January 1, 2017.” the words “; however, nothing in this Act shall preclude the exercise or enforcement of any lawful rights or remedies.”
