Mr. Pacheco moves to amend the amendment by inserting, in section 2A, in item 7002-8018, after the word "Lowell;" in line 53 the following:- “ provided further, not less than $500,000 shall be expended for design and other related  services for corridor improvements and related work on Broadway (Route 138), from Taunton Green northerly to Purchase Street  in the City of Taunton."
