Ice Rink and Recreation Center in Norwood

Mr. Rush moves to amend the amendment in section 2A in item 7002-8018 by adding at the end thereof:- provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for a regional indoor ice rink and recreation center located in the town of Norwood.
