Increasing the Cap

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following two sections:

“SECTION_____:  Section 6J of said Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 41 the figure:- “$50,000,000” and inserting in its place the figure:-“$60,000,000.”

“SECTION______: Section 38R of said Chapter 63 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official

Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 40 the figure:- “$50,000,000” and inserting in its place the figure:- “$60,000,000.”
