Barnstable County water quality

Mr. Wolf moves to amend the amendment in Section 2A, line item 7002-8018, by adding at the end thereof the following:

"provided further, that not less than $300,000 be provided to Barnstable County for the design, engineering, installation, piloting and assessment of the nitrogen removal capabilities of soil based innovative Title V septic systems developed by the Barnstable County Health Department to meet the objectives of an approved 208 region-wide water quality plan"
