Economic Growth Projection

Messrs. Tarr and OConnor move to amend the amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the secretary of the executive office of housing and economic development shall submit economic growth projections for the commonwealth for the next five years. Said projection shall be submitted to the clerks of the house and senate and the house and senate committee on ways and means by June 30th.
