Mr. Rodrigues moves to amend the amendment in section 2A, in line item 7002-8018, by inserting the following:- ; provided, further that no less than $300,000 shall expended for the economic redevelopment of King Phillip Mills in the city of Fall River, including but not limited to environmental remediation, preparation and site cleanup.
