Corrective Amendment

Mr. Montigny moves to amend the bill in section 10, by inserting after the word “established”, in line 265, the following words:- “and certified”; and

in said section 10, by inserting after the word “may”, in line 265, the following words:- “after arraignment and”; and

in said section 10, by inserting after the words “the defendant has”, in line 276, the following word:- “previously”; and

in said section 10, by inserting after the word "may", in line 303, the following words:- “,under section 100C of chapter 276 and its prevailing procedure and authority,”; and

in said section 10, by striking out the word "probation", in line 304, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “the court”.
