Local Bodywork Therapy Ordinances

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill in Section 2 by inserting after the word “inclusive.” in line 191, the words:-"Section 274. Any local ordinances pertaining to bodywork therapy in effect prior to the effective date of sections 265 to 272, inclusive, and consistent with and that may exceed the requirements established under said sections, may remain in effect notwithstanding implementation of said sections.”
