Minimum Wage for Public Employees

Mr. Moore and Ms. Gobi move to amend the bill by inserting, after section _____ , the following new section:-

“SECTION ____.  Section 2 of chapter 151 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the definition of “Department” the following definition:-

''Employer'', as provided in subsection (i) of section 1 of chapter 151A.””
