Military Exigency Leave

Mr. Rush moves to amend the bill in line 50, by striking out the word:- “or” and inserting after the word “member” the following:- “, or (iii) because of any qualifying exigency under the family and medical leave act, 29 U.S.C.S § 2612(a)(1)(e) arising out of the fact that the family member of the employee is on active duty in the armed forces of the United States.”
