Sound Barriers in the Town of Westwood

Mr. Rush moves to amend the amendment in Section 2, in item 6121-1714, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "provided further, that not less that $3.7 million shall be expended for the construction of sound barriers along Interstate 95 South to Blue Hill Drive in the town of Westwood."
