Current Practices at Higher Education Institutions

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by striking section 6 in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

"Section 6. This act shall not go into effect until the department of higher education conducts a review of current practices and polices at public or private degree-granting post-secondary institution of higher education on dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking"
