Department of Higher Education Study

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the department of higher education will conduct a review of the current practice and policies at each public or private degree-granting post-secondary institution of higher education on dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking.
