Drug Trafficking Offenses

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill in line 38, by striking the words “or (iii)” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “(iii) a drug trafficking offense as defined by sections 32E or 32F of chapter 94C; or (iv)”
