Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill , in section 3, in line 15, after the following: “SECTION. 3”, by striking out the word “The”, as inserted by the Senate Committee on Bills in the Third Reading, and inserting in place thereof the following:-“Notwithstanding chapter 83 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the”.
