Commission Membership

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by striking in line 7 the following, "the senate and house chairs of the joint committee on elder affairs or their designees" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"2 members of the house or their designees, 1 of whom shall be appointed by the speaker and 1 of whom shall be appointed by the minority leader of the house; 2 members of the senate or their designees, 1 of whom shall be appointed by the senate president and 1 of whom shall be appointed by the minority leader of the senate;"
