MBTA Exemption

Messrs. Tarr, Ross, deMacedo and Humason moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 13 the following new sections:–

"SECTION13A.  Section 53 of chapter 7 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the words, “the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority,”

SECTION __. SECTION 13A shall not go into effect until September 1, 2015”
