MBTA Exemption during FMCB

Messrs. Tarr, Ross, deMacedo and Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:–

"SECTION _.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall not be subject to the requirements of sections 52 to 55, inclusive, of chapter 7 of the General Laws, during the time that the fiscal and management control board set out in section 80A  is in existence."
