Mr. Moore and Ms. Chandler moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7003-1206, by adding at the end thereof the following:- ";provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for community outreach and education efforts to the Hispanic senior citizens of Worcester"; and in said item, by striking out the figure "$900,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- "$1,000,000".
