Ms. Lovely, Ms. O'Connor Ives, Mr. Eldridge, Mrs. L'Italien and Mr. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0108, by striking out the words “For a program of short-term housing assistance to help families eligible for temporary emergency shelter under item 7004-0101 or are referenced by the secretary of health and human services under 1599-0017” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “For a program of short-term housing assistance to help families eligible for temporary emergency shelters under line item 7004-0101 or eligible for, or residing in emergency shelters and  residential treatment programs under line items 4800-1400 and 4512-0200”.

And further amend said item by striking out the figures "$26,249,331" and inserting in place thereof the figures"$33,000,000"
