Ms. Forry moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following language at the end thereof:- “; provided further, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended as grants to the Union of Minority Neighborhoods”; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$7,500,000” and insert in place thereof the figure “$7,625,000".
