Mr. Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 9110-9002, provided further, that the town of Halifax shall receive no less than $50,000, which shall be expended for the design of a new Council on Aging building; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Holliston Senior Center”; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$11,500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$11,650,000”
