Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Forry, Messrs. Lewis, Brownsberger, Timilty and Moore and Ms. Gobi moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-9005, by inserting after the words “capital repairs,” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be provided for local costs associated with the implementation of chapter 235 of the acts of 2014”; and in said item by striking out the figures “64,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “65,000,000”.
