Formula Grant for Councils on Aging

Mrs. L'Italien, Messrs. Moore, Tarr, Brownsberger, Rodrigues, Hedlund and Rush, Ms. O'Connor Ives, Ms. Lovely, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Keenan, Eldridge, Joyce, Kennedy, Montigny, Barrett and deMacedo moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by striking the figure "$11,500,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$12,800,000" and by inserting, after the word "aging" the following words "to increase the formula grant to municipal Councils On Aging  to the amount of $9 per elder per year"
