Payment for Certain Medical Expenses

Mr. Joyce moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting the following:- “; provided further, that $200,000 shall be expended to reimburse the town of Milton for funds expended pursuant to chapter 349 of the acts of 2010” and in said item, by striking out the figure “$8,530,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$8,730,000”.
