Payment for Certain Medical Expenses

Mr. Joyce moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting the following:- “; provided further, that $250,000 shall be expended to reimburse the town of Milton for funds expended pursuant to chapter 349 of the acts of 2010”.
