Ms. L'Italien moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8100-0111, by inserting after the word "funds" the following words:- "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Merrimack Valley Public Safety Youth Center in the City of Lawrence"
