Enhancing Responsible Budget Practices

Messrs. deMacedo, O'Connor, Tarr, Fattman and Ross moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following new section:-

"SECTION XX. Section 20 of chapter 161A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the words, "not later than April 15"."
