Mr. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7070-0065, by inserting after the words “fiscal year 2016” the following:- “and provided further, notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the Washington Center-Massachusetts Initiative Academic Internship program shall receive no less than was appropriated in this item in section 2A of chapter 61 of the acts of 2007".
