Messrs. Rodrigues and Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7503-0100, by inserting the following:- "; provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be made available for the operation of the Veteran Educational Services Center located at Bristol Community College" ; and in said item by striking out figures "21,143,879" and inserting in place thereof the figures "21,243,879."
