Restoring Unemployment for Apprentices

Messrs. Wolf and Moore, Ms. L'Italien, Mr. Brady, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Eldridge, Keenan, Lewis, Pacheco, Montigny, Donnelly and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section___, the following new section:-

"SECTION ___. Section 30(c) of chapter 151A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 55, after the word “denied;” the following words:-

provided further that training programs approved by the Division of Apprenticeship Standards shall be approved under this section;
