Stone Soul Community Festival

Messrs. Welch and Lesser moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by inserting the following:- "provided, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Stone Soul, Inc. for the Stone Soul Annual Community Festival and cultural activities in the city of Springfield".
