Mr. McGee moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding at the end the following:- "provided further that not less than $100,000 be expended for the implementation of a management information system at the water division in the city of Lynn;" and in said item the by striking out the figure”$5,000,000”and inserting in place thereof the figure “$5,100,000”
