Mansfield Bike Trail Park

Mr. Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by inserting the following:- “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the creation of a Park at the beginning of the Mansfield Norton Bike Trail in the town of Mansfield; provided further, that $100,000 shall be expended for Framingham Downtown Renaissance, Inc.;”
